Contract Thugs[edit]

If the player steals from the some in i don't remember which Inn and is not caught, a "hit squad" of several hired thugs will be sent after the player. One of the thugs will have a "Contract" which reads, "Here is the agreed upon amount. I expect you to faithfully carry out my request to teach a lesson to the thief [player name]. You need not kill him/her, but I have no qualms about it if you deem it necessary. Mena." if anyone knows what inn it was that you stole from please let me know so i can update the page. or update the page yourself. i just got attack in winterhold for this...Killemall22 06:10, 29 November 2011 (UTC)

I just had this encounter as well, taking place in the New Gnisis Cornerclub, Windhelm. My char isn't that thievish and usually not stealing but I recall that not long ago, a healing potion hopped into my backpack. In my case, the note is signed with 'Malthyr Elenil' who is the pawnbroker in the New Gnisis Cornerclub. I conclude, this is a dynamically generated Radiant quest which can happen anywhere. I have just had the same thing. (25/07/12). In this case, the note was signed by Runil. Runil is a Priest of Arkay and tends to the shrine at the Hall Of The Dead in Falkreath. I had been to Falkreath looking for Nightshade which I knew grew around the Dark Brotherhood sanctuary near Falkreath. I had also read that Nightshade grew around the Hall of the Dead at Falkreath, so I walked that way and picked up about a dozen Nightshade between the sanctuary and the Hall of the Dead. I went into the Hall of the Dead, but didn't take anything. I then went to kill the dragon at Lost Tongue Overlook. As we were picking up the fruits of our labour, my good lady wife Lydia and I were beset by some thugs. After dealing with them, I found a contract from Runil, worded as above. I don't remember stealing anything, apart from the Nightshade. I might have to go and tickle his memory with my improved Mace of Molag Bal (Flawless - Bashing power of 57). — Unsigned comment by 82.42.122.207 (talk) at 00:44 on 25 July 2012 (GMT)

One orc lady call her Mean instead of Mena?[edit]

Maybe sort of a oversight by the programmers, it even had a Voice Over. If you do the Heart of Dibella, asking the Orc Miner (Lash gra-Dushnikh), she will tell you that Enmon and "Mean" had a child. Pretty minor, but thought I'd share for those who didn't notice haha.--112.206.47.204 12:57, 15 June 2012 (UTC)
