Enchanted Loot?[edit]

"The chest does not have enhanced loot in it unless you follow the horseman there." what exactly does this mean? What enhanced loot? Any proof? — Unsigned comment by ‎78.147.99.171 (talk) at 18:26 on 30 November 2011

Try it? We cant prove everything so early on after release, enchanted loot could be anything, that's enchanted since a lot of loot is random and/or leveled. --Kiz ·•· Talk ·•· Contribs ·•· Mail ·•· 18:28, 30 November 2011 (UTC)
Tt says enhanced, not enchanted, but if it means enchanted, I unlocked it without following the headless horseman and found several enchanted staves. — Unsigned comment by ‎78.147.99.171 (talk) at 18:45 on 30 November 2011
Change it then? --Kiz ·•· Talk ·•· Contribs ·•· Mail ·•· 21:16, 30 November 2011 (UTC)

Enchanted helm[edit]

I can confirm a randomly enchanted helm by the skull. I'll repost later on if it respawns with the area like the chest. — Unsigned comment by Artemis Enterei (talkcontribs) on 8 January 2012

I respawns. --Killfetzer 10:17, 13 January 2012 (UTC)
At level 48 it gave me an Ebony Helmet of Extreme Illusion. --174.6.51.17 04:16, 1 February 2012 (UTC)

No enchanted loot in the chest[edit]

I followed the headless ghost to the place and got no enchanted loot from the chest at level seven. Though I did pick up an inchanted helm to the left of the chest. — Unsigned comment by Artemis Enterei (talkcontribs) on January 7, 2012 18:08

Detect Dead trick[edit]

So I was running, casual like, from Winterhold to Solitude through Volunruud. On my way there were Dustman's Cairn and Hamvir's Rest, where rogue skeletons were angry with my character. Yet they had so few hitpoints that they could be easily dispatched. One of them - melee fighter - hid behind the rock I was standing at, and I could not find him. That's why I used Detect Dead, and just look at that! The graveyard became filled with small orange fires from the spell, making the certain pattern. I can assure you that it was not from scattered skeletons, as I tried summonong those lights after disabling lying bones. Yet the lights still existed on the use of the spell, not being dependant on in-game bodies. Curious, isn't it. That must add to the uniqueness of the location, considering that it is the place of Headless Horseman's rest. Some designer must have played with it a bit, but it not referenced to anything to be an Easter Egg, though. I'll try and add the information to the page... If it is considered as plausible and needed. Yet it can still be a bag, I'll find out. --80.83.246.28 06:35, 28 June 2012 (UTC)

It actually turned to be a bug, consisting of invisible skeleton bones lying around in a curious pattern--80.83.246.28 05:52, 2 July 2012 (UTC)
