Super balcony jump[edit]

I doubt it's worthy to mention on the article itself, but I discovered something strange while I was jumping around like a nut (as usual). On the southern side of the balcony, facing the entrance to Falkreath, you can jump onto the balcony from the ground. It's hard to explain really, you jump to the balcony, and you get sort of lifted up, and sometimes you even pass the ropes that would make that jump even more impossible than it already should be. I'm not sure if this occurs anywhere else, but I haven't experienced this before. Thought it might be of interest to the random reader ~ Dwarfmp 16:35, 4 December 2011 (UTC)

Buying display merchandise?[edit]

From the way the article phrases it, it sounds like you can actually buy the display merchandise. Is that right? I was under the impression that you could only steal or take items lying around the game world, and that you can only buy things that are listed in merchant dialogue. Can't say for certain here, but almost all the displayed merchandise is available to buy off the merchant. If you angle yourself correctly you can see them disappear off the shelves as you buy it. Silence is GoldenBreak the Silence 17:40, 18 July 2014 (GMT)
All of the items listed in the displayed merchandise section should be purchasable. There will be other items that can only be stolen and other items for sale not displayed. Biffa (talk) 13:11, 19 July 2014 (GMT)

Locked after opening?[edit]

So, it's 12:37pm in my save file, and their door is locked. Talk about bad customer service. I've heard of this happening to other people, so maybe it needs to be added to the bugs section. — Unsigned comment by 65.185.145.37 (talk) at 14:01 on 13 June 2015‎

Just tried entering and was welcomed with "You're not supposed to be in here." — Unsigned comment by 65.185.145.37 (talk) at 14:03 on 13 June 2015‎

Closed for good after Solaf's death?[edit]

I thought his brother could take over the shop, but it is always closed. Happened 2nd time already. 162.216.46.178 19:28, 16 January 2017 (UTC)

I see nothing that implies that Bolund takes over the shop. Merchant replacements are generally unemployed, or else an employee of the shop. Bolund has always been a lumberjack, and always suffered the bug that most lumberjacks have in being unable to exit their homes. He also lacks the faction which unlocks services for the shop (which all actual replacements possess). Silence is GoldenBreak the Silence 20:12, 16 January 2017 (UTC)
