Bug - Can't Mine Ore

I found a bug where the Rocks have the colouring of the ore on them but i cant mine them, even when im hitting it with my pickaxe. Ive already been in there and mined the whole place, but that was like, 20 ingame days ago. Bug?- Azurome 21:48, 2 December 2011 (UTC)

Number of Ebony Veins?

When i went there i counted 15 ebony veins. anyone else checked? Raketenudo 21:25, 3 December 2011 (UTC)

There are some on the floors and walls aswell. I counted 20 Ebony Mines when i went in. - Azurome 04:26, 5 December 2011 (UTC)

Can't mine ore after about 40 days

Were you coming back and checking periodically to see if it had respawned? You have to stay out of the mine completely for that 10 day period for the mine to respawn. Each time you re-enter the mine, that 10 day timer resets. --Xyzzy^Talk 14:16, 31 July 2012 (UTC)

People?

Shouldn't the page mention the NPCs that can be found inside the mine? By my count, Bor, Mogdurz, Gadba gro-Largash, and Mul gro-Largash spend most if not all their time there.

Also, there's been a report that some of them (Bor, specifically) may fall off the walkways and die. Minor Edits^{Threats•Evidence} 07:07, 12 April 2013 (GMT)

7th previously mined ore samples where are you???

Dragon

I've seen multiple threads and vídeos in various sites of people describing how they found a dragon inside this particular mine, clipping all over the place because it's obviously a bug. I wonder if there's something about Gloombound or the stronghold that could explain the oddity, like how Meridia can tell you to pick up her beacon in a chest inside the Katariah because the ship is considered a dungeon area by the game and therefore a valid location by the radiant quest system.--191.247.228.44 05:51, 8 December 2015 (UTC)

Seriously, is there a reason you don't include a map? Sad. I came from a wiki page with the least amount of info ever. Get off your asses and do the research, don't assume players are going to do all your work. Are you talking about a map of the mine itself or a map of the location of the mine? If you're talking about the location of the mine, there's a view on map link in the info summary box at the top of the article. — Wolfborn↝^(Howl) 20:02, 21 September 2020 (UTC)

wiki problems

The reason I talk about your shortcomings is that I just can from one of you posts where people are asking REALLY STUPID questions like, "Where is Ivarstead" and "Is Ivarstead still in Skyrim" and "Are there bears in Skyrim?" You obviously have 5 year olds and really stupid people checking out your posts. My suggestion to those folks is, play the game, walk around, you'll get attacked by bears, look at your map, whoa!
