Voice

His voice type is clearly of a young person and obviously, your voice changes as you get older . On the other hand, Titus is an old man. During the conversation with the nobility, I heard his voice and instantly knew he was a double. DRAGON GUARD^(TALK) 14:36, 30 April 2016 (UTC)

There's no reason this would reveal that he's a double. I thought his voice was a little odd the first time I heard it too, but that's because he uses one of the generic voice actors - nothing to do with any perceived age difference.
