word wall?[edit]

it says on the Dragon Shouts page that there is a word wall here. Where? --Halfstache 20:15, 13 November 2011 (UTC)

At the end. It's more or less impossible to miss, and contains a word of Frost Breath. Also available is the Fragment of something-or-other you're tasked with retrieving, alongside Farkas, for a Companion quest. In lieu of a Dragon Priest or Overlord triggered by learning the word, taking the Fragment releases a slow-building horde of draugr which can be quite dangerous without good awareness. I believe a high-level Draugr does spawn near the end - probably a Lord of some kind, I remember getting blasted by the basic frost spell and also a big axe - but I wasn't paying too much attention by then. — Unsigned comment by 70.44.149.248 (talk) at 07:21 on 14 November 2011‎
-I don't believe the lower section of the cairn is accessible until the quest is active. A cave-in prevents you from going further. -PopeRocket 00:51, 3 December 2011 (UTC)

Not part of the reach[edit]

The article says its part of The Reach. It's not, it's a mile from whiterun, it's part of whiterun hold. Someone with an account can fix it, don feel like making an account just to fix that. 174.57.90.56 03:45, 29 February 2012 (UTC)

Ire Ore Vein[edit]

Mining the iron ore vein just west of Dustman's Cairn, I got both iron ore and corundum. Has anyone else gotten this, or was this just a bizarre one-off? I looked in the CK, both with and without USLEEP, and I see no reason for this to have occurred, so I'm inclined to think it's a one-off. Would like confirmation, though. Looting the "live" Draugr (bug?)[edit]

When entering the last room, where the word wall is and the fragment as well, the first two rows of draugr lining the corridor can be looted. You can approach the sarcophagi without triggering them and see the option "search draugr" pop up. Doing that will result in the draugr "dying" and falling out of the now open sarcophagus. It doesn't seem to work with the rest of the draugr in the main room. It only happened to me on PS4 and never before on PC, so it could be specific to console. — Unsigned comment by Tanachvil (talkcontribs) at 11:57 on 9 November 2018
