Spell Tomes

Each court wizard sells all Novice and Apprentice spell tomes. For Adept tomes, only the court wizard specializing in it will be selling them.

• Wylandriah sells Adept Alteration.
• Calcelmo of Markarth sells Adept Conjuration.
• Farengar Secret-Fire of Whiterun sells Adept Destruction.
• Sybille Stentor of Solitude sells Adept Illusion.
• Falion of Morthal, Madena of Dawnstar and Wuunferth the Unliving of Windhelm do not sell any Adept spell.

All Spell Tomes are unlocked by the skill of the player reaching 50. For example, you need Alteration at 50 to begin seeing the new spells from Wylandriah. Et cetera. --Joshua.yathin.yu 19:08, 3 January 2012 (UTC)

Location?

This page can use some more info on his location. "To the left of the entrance" is not specific enough. Is "the excavation site" the "Nchuand-Zel Excavation Site" shown on the map as a zone of the Keep? When is it unlocked? Does he spend time anywhere else? --JR^{Talk E-mail} 04:03, 6 June 2012 (UTC)

Buying all Dwarven items?

Okay, the first time I p,ayed, Calcelmo didn't send a messenger until I bought a magical Dwarven item. This time, he sent a messenger when I bought Dwarven arrows, nonmagical. Is this what he's supposed to do? Or is there a glitch introduced by some mod? And will he keep pestering me, like he did when I was buying magical Dwarven crossbow bolts? List of items Calcelmo looks for stored in the game files?

Exactly where in the game files is the list of items Calcelmo looks for in his quest stored? 174.28.241.102 13:39, 30 March 2019 (UTC)

As you can read on the quest page the list is extremely long, and it isn't a list. Any item tagged with WeapMaterialDwarven or ArmorMaterialDwarven can active the quest. There isn't even an exclusion for named items like Keening or Zephyr, and bugged items like the Execution Hood are included. Silence is Golden^{Break the Silence} 14:13, 31 March 2019 (UTC)
