Married to Ri'saad?

-Is Atahbah really Ri'saad's Wife? Or is this someone's fanon? I've seen nothing in-game to support this assertion. Furthermore, looking at the root files for NPC relationships, Ri'saad and Atahbah are not listed as being Husband and Wife. You can see these relationships using the NPC editor. (An example is Hod And Gurdur, who list eachother as Husband and Wife. These relationships do not exist between Ri'saad and Atahbah). Is there an in game quote that says otherwise? Perhaps when she becomes a fence? (I haven't gotten that far in the theives guild quest).
