Zakadar is a Redguard who can occasionally be found on the landing above Sailor's Rest in Abah's Landing.

Dialogue

Zakadar is apparently being extorted by multiple people as he has discussions about financial troubles with Ishradireh and Balanvir, a member of the watch.

If he is with Ishradireh, they will have this conversation:

Ishradireh: "Word is, you're trying to gamble your life away."

Zakadar: "No—no! I'm only trying to win back what I owe you. I promise!"

Ishradireh: "Better hope your luck's changed before my next visit."

With Balanvir, they will have this exchange before walking to the blocked door and disappearing:

Balanvir: "There's the lucky lad. Real lucky, of late. Be a shame if you had a sudden change of fortune."

Zakadar: "Whatever you heard, it's not true! I'm just scraping by! Here, look---barely enough for a meal and a bed!"

Balanvir: "Hmph, fine---keep your scraps. I find out you're holding out on me, you'll cough up more than coin."
