Style Materials are secondary materials required when crafting armor and weapons. The type of material used will determine the style of the equipment you create, although your character must first know how to craft in that style. All style materials have a chance of dropping when you deconstruct an item with that style.

Before Update 12, it could only be found in the level Normal1 to Normal50 zones (those that comprise your starter Alliance, including Coldharbour). Altmer Style
Amber Marble ON-icon-style material-Amber Marble.png It can be found in Plunder Skulls, only available during the Witches Festival event. Hollowjack Style
Ancient Sandstone ON-icon-style material-Ancient Sandstone.png It can drop from Craglorn Group Bosses, Delve bosses, treasure chests, and group events.[verification needed — what group events?] Ra Gada Style
Argentum ON-icon-style material-Argentum.png It can be found in chests throughout the world. Before Update 12, it could only be found in Cadwell's Silver zones. Primal Style
Ash Canvas ON-icon-style material-Ash Canvas.png It can be found in Huntmaster's Recognition and Gift of Urshilaku Gratitude containers obtained by doing daily Ashlander quests in Vvardenfell. Ashlander Style
Auric Tusk ON-icon-style material-Auric Tusk.png It can drop from delve bosses in Wrothgar, and can also be obtained by completing random Normal or Veteran dungeons using the group finder. Trinimac Style
Azure Plasm ON-icon-style material-Azure Plasm.png It can be obtained by defeating enemies found at Dark Anchors and Dark Fissures. You will also receive some in the mail once you complete Cadwell's Silver, the amount of which is based on the number of Anchors you've closed by that point.

It is also found when deconstructing items in the Ebon Style.

Black Beeswax ON-icon-style material-Black Beeswax.png It can drop from the Dark Brotherhood Reward Pouch obtained by completing contracts for the Dark Brotherhood. Dark Brotherhood Style
Boiled Carapace ON-icon-style material-Boiled Carapace.png It can drop from the Hall of Justice Bounty Dispensation and Hall of Justice Explorer's Dispensation containers obtained by completing daily Hall of Justice quests. Morag Tong Style
Bone ON-icon-style material-Bone.png It can be found in containers throughout the world, or purchased from crafting merchants for 0000001515 Gold each. Before Update 12, it could only be found in the level Normal1 to Normal50 zones (those that comprise your starter Alliance, including Coldharbour). Bosmer Style
Cassiterite ON-icon-style material-Cassiterite.png ON-icon-food-Wisp Floss.png It must first be refined from ten pieces of Cassiterite Sand, which can be found when harvesting nodes in Wrothgar. Your chance of finding sand increases depending on the number of chapters you have read. Cassiterite can also be obtained by completing random Normal or Veteran dungeons using the group finder. Ancient Orc Style
Charcoal of Remorse ON-icon-style material-Charcoal of Remorse.png ON-icon-style material-Ashes of Remorse.png It can be purchased from Tel Var General Merchants in the Imperial City. Charcoal of Remorse can also be found by completing random daily Normal or Veteran dungeons using the group finder. It can also be refined from ten Ashes of Remorse, which can similarly be obtained by completing random dungeons using the group finder after already completing the daily. Xivkyn Style
Copper ON-icon-style material-Copper.png It can be found in chests throughout the world. Before Update 12, it could only be found in Cadwell's Silver zones. Barbaric Style
Corundum ON-icon-style material-Corundum.png It can be found in containers throughout the world, or purchased from crafting merchants for 0000001515 Gold each. Before Update 12, it could only be found in the level Normal1 to Normal50 zones (those that comprise your starter Alliance, including Coldharbour). Nord Style
Crown Mimic StoneCrown Store ON-icon-store-Crown Mimic Stone.png They can be bought individually or bundled with certain motifs. Deconstructing an item made with a Mimic Stone will not return the stone, but may provide the associated style material. All Styles
Daedra Heart ON-icon-style material-Daedra Heart.png They are an uncommon drop from humanoid Daedra. Before Update 12, it could only be found in containers in Cadwell's Gold zones.

Defiled Whiskers ON-icon-style material-Defiled Whiskers.png It drops from bosses within the Maw of Lorkhaj or from the weekly quest reward container obtained from the quest Into the Maw. Dro-m'Athra Style
Distilled Slowsilver ON-icon-style material-Distilled Slowsilver.png It drops from Velidreth within the Cradle of Shadows. Silken Ring Style
Dragon Scute ON-icon-style material-Dragon Scute.png They can be purchased from siege merchants in Cyrodiil for 001000010,000Alliance Points each, but only by Pact characters. Characters in other alliances must obtain them via trading or by using an alt. Ebonheart Pact Style
Dwemer Frame ON-icon-misc-Dwemer Tube.png ON-icon-stolen-Device.png A frame must first be refined from ten pieces of Dwemer Scrap, which can be found in containers in Dwemer Ruins and have a chance to drop off Dwemer Animunculi enemies. Scrap can also be received by completing random Normal or Veteran dungeons using the group finder. Dwemer Style
Eagle Feather ON-icon-style material-Eagle Feather.png They can be purchased from siege merchants in Cyrodiil for 001000010,000Alliance Points each, but only by Dominion characters. Characters in other alliances must obtain them via trading or by using an alt. Aldmeri Dominion Style
Ferrous Salts ON-icon-style material-Ferrous Salts.png It can be found in the reward containers earned from completing daily Craglorn quests. Yokudan Style
Fine Chalk ON-icon-style material-Fine Chalk.png ON-icon-style material-Coarse Chalk.png It can be found rarely in Thieves Troves, or it can be refined from ten pieces of Coarse Chalk, also found in Thieves Troves. Thieves Guild Style
Flint ON-icon-style material-Flint.png It can be found in containers throughout the world, or purchased from crafting merchants for 0000001515 Gold each. Before Update 12, it could only be found in the level Normal1 to Normal50 zones (those that comprise your starter Alliance, including Coldharbour). Argonian Style
Goldscale ON-icon-style material-Goldscale.png ON-icon-style material-Ancient Scale.png It must first be refined from ten Ancient Scales, which can be purchased from Siege Merchants in Cyrodiil. A complete piece can also be found by completing random Normal or Veteran dungeons using the group finder. Once refined, the Goldscale would originally become bound and could no longer be traded, although this has been changed. Akaviri Style
Grinstones ON-icon-style material-Grinstones.png They can only be found by deconstructing Grim Harlequin style equipment. Since it's a Crown Store-exclusive style, the only way to create a Grim Harlequin item in the first place is to use a Crown Mimic Stone. However, any resulting Grinstones can then be traded with other players. Grim Harlequin StyleCrown Store
Laurel ON-icon-style material-Laurel.png Once your character learns at least one chapter of the Mercenary motif, Laurels will begin dropping from the final bosses of Group Dungeons. For Veteran dungeons, this chance starts at 50% and increases to a guaranteed 100% once all chapters have been learned. The chance for Normal mode bosses is one quarter of that. Laurels can also be found by completing random Normal or Veteran dungeons using the group finder. It was originally impossible to trade Laurels, as they would bind to your account upon pickup. Lion Fang ON-icon-style material-Lion Fang.png They can be purchased from siege merchants in Cyrodiil for 001000010,000Alliance Points each, but only by Covenant characters. Characters in other alliances must obtain them via trading or by using an alt. Daggerfall Covenant Style

A piece of Malachite must first be refined from ten Malachite Shards, which can be found in locked treasure chests or by completing random Normal or Veteran dungeons using the group finder. Chests found by using treasure maps have a higher chance to contain a shard. Once refined, the Malachite would originally become bound and could no longer be traded, although this has been changed. It could previously be bought from the Crown Store.

Pearl Sand ON-icon-style material-Pearl Sand.png ON-icon-style material-Grains of Pearl Sand.png It can be refined from ten Grains of Pearl Sand which drops from nodes in the Gold Coast. The complete style item can be obtained by completing the quest The Roar of the Crowds or by killing Knight Commander Panthius. Order of the Hour Style

Potash ON-icon-style material-Potash.png It can drop from group bosses in Wrothgar, and can also be obtained by completing random Normal or Veteran dungeons using the group finder. Malacath Style
Pristine Shroud ON-icon-style material-Pristine Shroud.png It can be found in the reward containers earned from completing daily guild quests. Draugr Style
Rogue's Soot ON-icon-style material-Rogue's Soot.png It can be found when harvesting nodes in Hew's Bane. Outlaw Style
Stalhrim Shard ON-icon-style material-Stalhrim Shard.png They can only be found by deconstructing Stalhrim Frostcaster style equipment. Since it's a Crown Store-exclusive style, the only way to create a Frostcaster item in the first place is to use a Crown Mimic Stone. Dried and Tainted Blood have a chance of dropping from any NPCs killed using the Blade of Woe, with Tainted Blood having a much smaller rate of dropping. Assassins League Style
