The Shadow Guard is a Dremora found in Elden Hollow II. They have a chance to drop Band of the Shadow Guard, a unique item in the Light Speaker item set.

Skills and Abilities

As a boss type enemy, The Shadow Guard is immune to all crowd control effects.

Coiled Lash

A basic ranged attack that does minor magical damage.

Quick Strike

A basic melee attack that does minor physical damage.

Summon Aura of Protection

The enemy summons an Aura of Protection totem that gives allies inside increased resistance to damage. The totem can be destroyed in five hits from any source, or one heavy attack. Destroying the totem will stun all enemies nearby.

Spout Shadow

The boss places pools of shadows around the area dealing moderate magical damage over time as indicated by red circles.

	Elden Hollow II Survivor	50	Defeat Dubroze the Infestor, Dark Root, Azara the Frightener, Murklight, the Shadow Guard, and Bogdan the Nightflame, without suffering a group member death.
	Elden Hollow II Assassin	50	Defeat Dubroze the Infestor, Dark Root, Azara the Frightener, Murklight, the Shadow Guard, and Bogdan the Nightflame in Veteran Elden Hollow II within twenty minutes of starting the dungeon. Timer starts when players engage the first group of Daedra.
