Tharwab is a Redguard who can be found on the docks in Port Hunding just outside of Captain Kaleen's ship, The Spearhead. Kaleen gives him papers proving that Headman Bhosek insisted on continuing to raid Bretons.

Quest-Related Events[edit]
Prior to collecting the sailing logs, he'll only say:
- "Have you seen Captain Kaleen? She's supposed to deliver some papers and I'm getting very impatient."
After collecting the logs you'll find him with Kaleen at the docks:
- "The King is pleased with what you've done here, as am I. You will find a generous reward belowdecks."
