Tevyn Orelu is a Dark Elf artisan found at a campsite in The Radius, northwest of the Halls of Regulation and south of the Everwound Wellspring. He creates art of the city using flavorless paste and other food, though his companion Hamirjirr ends up eating them. He will walk around, alternating between reading a book, holding a plate and spoon, and sitting down by the fire to eat gruel. A copy of The Doors of Oblivion, Part 2 can be found nearby.
