I found a note by a dead Dominion soldier, written by Captain Telomure. It describes a betrayal by Justiciar Avanaire. She's now hiding within the ruins of Tor-Hame-Khard.

Quick Walkthrough

1. Read the note.
2. Talk to Captain Telomure outside Tor-Hame-Khard.
3. Deal with the traitor.
4. Return to Telomure.

Notes

• Sometimes the justiciar's location will not show on the map. You need to go to the south of the central square room and through a hole in the wall, then follow it around to the circular room in the west.
• It appears that this quest uses a different map from the delve into the same location. The quest does NOT contain the boss monster (or the room it waits in) for completing the delve!
