Novor Sarothran

Novor Sarothran is a Dark Elf who can be initially found among the group of onlookers on the road outside of Seyda Neen observing the murder of Armiger Urnsi. Later, he'll be identified as a crafter who can be found on the Canton of St. Olms the Just in Vivec City. He's busy with the construction on the north side of the lower level walkway. He has no unique dialogue.
