Mystic Guardian

Mystic Guardians are translucent hoarvors summoned by Dark Root in Elden Hollow II. They have an orb of blue light inside them. If it connects to you via a blue tether, it will drain your magicka. Once defeated, they leave a pool of energy on that ground that drastically increases the maximum magicka of anyone standing inside it.
