Free Muz-Shah from his prison and he'll step out of the portal and greet you:

Muz-Shah : "Freedom, at last! I don't know how much longer I could have survived …."

Muz-Shah : "I saw such horrors—both waking and dreaming. Golden coins the color of pitch. Nirn draped in cold silk. What could it mean?"

Muz-Shah : "Meet me back at Pariah Abbey, friend. We must learn more!"

Back at Pariah Abbey, he'll thank you again:

"To be trapped forever in a realm of Oblivion would have dried my scales, hero. I extend the spine of gratitude. My mistress was wise to trust in you, though she is rarely wrong."

After getting information about Shadowfen from Azura:

"So we now return to the wilds of Shadowfen. I will admit, I am looking forward to a proper soak in the waters of my homeland. After we have dealt with the enemies of our mistress, I may stay awhile.
It has been long since I licked the tree."

Defeat Dyzera and return to the den. You'll find Rhea, Kanzin, and Muz-Shah in the middle of a ritual:

Rhea Opacarius : "Part the gloaming fog. Gaze deep beyond the twilight and perceive …."

Kanzin : "I see … an island. A mountain of rage and ashes."

Muz-Shah : "A great heart, pushing fire as blood …. A source of power, cloaked in secrets."

Rhea Opacarius : "A city of oil and bronze. A shrine to vanity, driven by clockworks and steam …."

Rhea Opacarius : "There's more …. A gathering of Princes … three faces, shrouded. All of Nirn, drowned in blood! Enough!"
