Kushalia is a Redguard sailor who can be found aboard the trapped ship The Silver Cormorant. When she is first met, she will be warming herself by the fire with Brugothmag and Sleeps-at-Fires.

Once you have rescued the captain, she will be repairing the hull and is too busy to talk to you.
