Kintsel is a Redguard warrior who can be found at Leki's Blade.

Dialogue

Speaking to him before Master of Leki's Blade is completed:

"I trained with Milahd for many months before his final trials but I have not seen him since. It is a pity. I was a jackal's whisker away from defeating him in our last bout."

After Master of Leki's Blade is completed, he will be surprised of Fadalia being a vampire:

"By Tava's red feathers! Did you hear the rumor, wayfarer? Master Fadalia is a vampire! I will sleep with my twice-blessed silver blades close from now on."

Where did you hear this rumor?

"We are students, O wayfarer. Paying strict attention is a skill we are urged to cultivate early. Suffice it to say that I have seen and heard much."

You should probably keep that information to yourself.

"Why? Should the students not know the truth?"

[Persuade] The truth may well destroy Leki's Blade. We need all the swordsmen we can get.

"You may be right. As long as Fadalia is gone, I will remain silent. But if she returns I will have to speak."

If you cannot predict the consequences of that, you need much more schooling.

"Bah–be on your way, wayfarer. I will do as I please."

[Intimidate] The truth is this: if you speak of vampires, you'll have me to deal with.
