Jeremie is a Breton member of the Lion Guard who is fleeing from duty. You'll find him crouched behind a wall south of Firebrand Keep across the creek from Vanne Farm.

Passing his location, you'll hear:

Jeremie : "There's no way I'm going back there!"

If you speak to him (if you can find him behind the wall), he'll tell you:

"What? You just walk up and start talking to everyone you see? Maybe I want to be left alone.
Pox! There's a patrol. Just pretend like you're talking to yourself."

Why would I want to do that?

"Give me a break, okay?
Look. I signed up with the Lion Guard to impress a girl, not to die alone in the dark. Who cares if the Goblins overrun the Bonesnap Ruins?
Ogres? Did I mention they have ogres?"

So you're a deserter?
