Irina is a Dark Elf who is found dead on Stros M'Kai in a small cave just west of the Sandy Grotto Wayshrine. She betrayed her business partners, Siraj and Terina. She died in an attempt to murder Siraj. Siraj was able to fight her off, but Irina's blade was poisoned, bringing about his untimely end. Her corpse is being eaten by a mudcrab.

- Terina calls her third party Irina. However, her brother's note says Irila.
