The Final Round

He will be part of the Mournhold Chapter to arrive to challenge the Gonfalon Chapter in the final tournament. Speaking to him before Teliv:

"So, this is the Gonfalon Chapter we've heard so much about. Hmm.
I never judge my opponents by their appearance, but my, aren't you an unkempt bunch."

After checking out the opponent listing, you will have to travel Davon's Watch in Stonefalls where you will face him first:

"So, I face the prodigy first, eh? Excellent. I imagine that if I can beat you, the other two matches will be a snap!
Come on, then. Show me what you've got."

Let's play Tribute.

After defeating him, he will be humbled and will tell you to face the next opponent in Stormhold:

"Hmm. Well played. I'd almost forgotten the bitter taste of defeat. I suppose I should thank you for this lesson in humility.
Of course, you may face a similar lesson in Stormhold. Go on and face your next—and likely last—opponent."

When you beat Brahgas, you will go to Mournhold where Teliv and the rest of his associates are awaiting your arrival for the final match. Speaking to him before Razhamad:

"It will take some time for Brahgas to learn his place, but don't worry—we are very diligent teachers."

After you defeated Teliv. He will be nervous around you after you knows you're capable of violence and doesn't want any trouble with you.:

"Listen, I heard what Razhamad said about your other skills. Just leave me out of it, all right? If you need to beat someone senseless, Teliv is right there!"
