"I started breeding and training frostbite spiders. Unfortunately, every time I take one with me to go hunting, some well-meaning neighbor kills it before I can even leave Solitude.
In short, if you see me with a spider, ask before killing."

If you talk to her after Queen Gerhyld is murdered, she says:

"If they'd allowed me to protect the royal family with my spiders, the queen wouldn't be dead. I'm sure of it.
As it stands, I'm all for any retribution that's coming to those who did this, even if it takes me to Sovngarde sooner rather than later."
