When you finally gain access inside the Keeper's Home, you will see him drinking. If you speak to him:

"Go away and leave me to my drink."

For Kyne's Honor

If you choose to spare Ormi, he will be out of the rogue keepers' influence and will complain about the neck wound he received from Fresgil and the drunken stupor:

"What happened? My neck is killing me and I feel like I drank an entire barrel of mead."

If you choose to kill Ormi, Fresgil will be the only survivor of her brigade and it is presumed Ghain will remain enthralled by the rogue keepers.
