Emperor Tarish-Zi was a ruthless self-proclaimed Yokudan emperor and the leader of the Anka-Ra, one of the most feared warrior bands within the Ra Gada.

He has been brought forward in time by the Warrior and is responsible for the resurrection of Anka-Ra warriors in Lower Craglorn. He can be found at his crypt in the Tombs of the Na-Totambu during the related quest.

During battle, two weak Anka-Ra Thundermauls will come alive to assist him.
