Dulphago

Dulphago is an Orc commoner found in Wrothgar halfway between Orsinium and the Trader's Road Wayshrine. He's on a large rock outcropping near the ruined aqueduct overlooking the river below. He's stripped down to his britches apparently getting ready to jump off the rock.

Dialogue

"When my father was young, he jumped off this bridge on a dare. Just before he died, he dared me to do the same. I have to do it … I … just .…
All right, all right. I'm going to do it. You'll see. Soon."

"I'm going to do it this time. Here goes. All right. On the count of three.

"Malacath's nethers! It's just such a long way down."

• He mentions that his father jumped off "...this bridge..." even though he's standing on a rock ledge. There are two bridges nearby, however.
