- Defeat the Omen of the Watchful Eye and lift the paranoia in Alcaire.
Dreamslayer is awarded for completing Sir Hughes' Fate in the Alcaire region of Stormhaven. This achievement will allow you to purchase a Knights of the Flame Banner for your house. It costs 10,000 and can be purchased from Lozotusk in Wayrest.
