Dorinlas is a Wood Elf member of the Mages Guild found on the island of Eyevea. He's practicing his levitation on the bridge above the Eyes of Mara along with Brengor and Uunniel. He will appear when the island is retaken.

Speaking to him will impart information on a Greenspeaker.
- "Being here is quite invigorating, adept. I've been a Greenspeaker for so long …. I'd forgotten you could cast spells to harness fire, or change the weather, or even summon an angry Daedra. Amazing!"
