Commander Marcus Scipio is the Imperial commander of Count Carolus Aquilarios's armed forces, and a leader in the Order of the Hour. You will be asked to kill him by Governor Fortunata ap Dugal. He is found in Castle Kvatch, near the dungeon. He becomes hostile if he notices you.
