Cloud Ruler Temple

Cloud Ruler Temple is a temple in northern Cyrodiil, northwest of Bruma. There is a persistent Dark Anchor here, one of only a few that is not embedded in a Dolmen. The temple cannot be entered, and there is no way to destroy the anchor.

The temple has been lifted up by the anchor, making the door inaccessible, with a deadly pool of azure plasm similar to ones found in Coldharbour found through a crack in the rocks. Dremora guard the approach and harvesters roam around the temple.
