While attempting to sneak aboard, she will swiftly notice and yell at you:

Captain Ahnu: "Hey you! What are you doing slinking around my ship?"

She can be further spoken to on the top deck. You could try to get the hold key from her:

"I don't remember inviting you aboard. Make your business quick, or you'll be picking seaweed out of your teeth."
I'd like to see what's in the hold of your ship.
"No you don't, and I don't mean to let you.
Only crew and special quests down there. Anyone else goes down, they'll get cut."
[Intimidate] Give me the key, unless you want to taste your own blood.
"Go ahead then. Take it. Go down there and get yourself killed. It's no skin off my back."
Is there no way to convince you?
"I care about two things: my crew and my gold. Seeing as you threaten neither, you haven't got a leg to stand on.
Leave while you still have the rest of your limbs."

Speak to her again and she'll say:

"You again? I thought you'd be wearing an iron collar at the bottom of the river by now.
What in the blazes do you want?"

After Glarikha is rescued and evidence found, Captain Ahnu can be spied meeting with Captain Hjurrun.

Captain Ahnu: "Your cargo's unloaded and I'm here for my payment. I hope you don't come to regret this, Hjurrun."
Captain Hjurrun: "If I come to regret this, I'll probably be dead anyways. I don't expect you to understand, Captain. Here's your payment."
Captain Ahnu: "Thanks. When are you and your "allies" making your move? I want to make sure I'm long gone by then."
Captain Hjurrun: "We're arming everyone up at the weapons cache in the south alley in just a few hours, so I'd set sail right away. Kyne speed you, Captain."

After the Captain leaves, she will tell you:

"I'm getting out of Evermore and I advise you to do the same if you know what's good for you."

She disappears from the game after the quest.
