Baxrold is a Nord miner working the Lost Knife Cave. He will appear outside the mine after completing Labor Dispute. He is also in the Nordic ruins section with Knarri and Hama the Stalwart.

Before Mystery Metal, you will see him wandering outside the cave:

"This isn't the best time to visit Lost Knife Cave, traveler."

During Mystery Metal, he will appear in the inner chambers of the mine after you collected the ore sample and research notes:

"Stupid Fildgor. He thought he could just force us to help him.
Ha! We showed him."

After you collected the rest of the ore in the mine, you will fin him outside at the camp carting barrels around:

"Ha! Once the Stormfists knew we had weapons and weren't going to back down, they remembered they had an important engagement somewhere else."
