Bards College

The Bards College is a premier music institute based in Solitude. It can be found on the main street next to the Antiquarian Circle building. The building has three levels, as well as an outdoor amphitheater. In recent years there has been a schism between the members of the faculty, over a collection of rare instruments.

The Incantation of Reversal, Third Fragment can be found inside a wall near the college.

Musical Instrument Collection

The College boasts a collection of fine and rare musical instruments. Unfortunately, they were stolen and hidden by one of their own in a bid to stop the infighting. You have an opportunity to collect them from around Western Skyrim and return them.
