Abandoned House

The Abandoned House is a house found in Abah's Landing. The door is unlocked, allowing you to walk in without consequence. It's located in the slums within the southeastern portion of the city, in the alleys leading towards Velsa's Villa. It is evident that this house may be used for unsavory purposes, as there is a banner depicting Molag Bal on the wall upstairs, hung above a crate with four dead dragon frogs and a ritual dagger on it.

Three skeletons, one Khajiit and two Argonians lie on the floor. One of the Argonian skeletons is lying on a bedroll near the kitchen. A trap door on the lower floor leads to the branch of the slums that takes you to Velsa's place. A pen with two goats is next to the house. Below the house and beyond the trap door lies a pool of water with two crocodiles in it.
