Is the Tamriel entry really necessary for individual districts of the city? Quillan 16:32, 26 April 2006 (EDT)

It's either put it in the template, or not. I'll be figuring a way around this at some point. I'd actually seriously reconsider renaming the pages to Oblivion:Imperial City-Market District, etcFushi 17:43, 26 April 2006 (EDT)
It's a good idea. --Juharfalvi 07:00, 28 April 2006 (EDT)

Redoing template[edit]

It might be worth just deleting the template completely from this page and experimenting with a new layout for the city pages. The template is providing next to nothing here (just the headers). If we can come up with a new layout that would be good as a standard for all the city pages, then I could easily rework the template to provide that layout. --Nephele 15:43, 2 October 2006 (EDT)

It should be a template including & incorporating the maps, and then really the map pages should be merged with these. IMO they are duplicate information. This version works although I agree it's a bit sloppy and the "Tamriel" "header" or whatever, looks incorrect. But I suck at Wikis. I updated the page some, as a temporary improvement. Revamp[edit]

So, I got all the information on here that I think needs to be here... now all I have to do is figure out how to make it pretty! You know, tables and lists and all that... --GuildKnight 11:51, 1 March 2007 (EST)

How would I change the "People" box so that it's a narrow column on the right, under the map image? --GuildKnight | Talk contribs 20:56, 27 March 2007 (EDT)

Fixed. You had some extra stuff left over from when it was one of several columns on the People page. --TheRealLurlock Talk 21:08, 27 March 2007 (EDT)
If you want it to be right-aligned instead of left-aligned, add "style=float:right" on the first line of the table, after it says "class=greylapse". (If you have any time to even think about this now with all the Shivering Isles work you've taken on, that is) --Nephele 00:26, 30 March 2007 (EDT)

Map entry number 28[edit]

What is number 28 on the full colour map indicating? It's not on the other map. --Gaebrial 09:28, 4 September 2007 (EDT)

A bedroll. I only went for the doors on my map... --RpehTalk 10:11, 4 September 2007 (EDT)

Northeast Tower[edit]

Has anyone else tried going up to the captains quarters here? I've tried numerous times and everytime i try to exit the captains quarters via the trap door, i get stuck between the bed and the wall after entering the room below it. Anyone confirm? — Unsigned comment by Piercethetruth (talkcontribs)

I just tried it and you are absolutely right. That's exactly what happened to me. --Mankar CamoranTCE 11:21, 6 November 2007 (EST)

Bug/Glitch[edit]

Has anyone else realised you can glitch the game out by jumping along the walls to the roof of the NE guard tower and if you just walk through the corner wall you'll go straight through it? Should this be added? — Unsigned comment by 94.171.166.33 (talk) at 21:25 on 12 December 2009

empty tree stump.[edit]

that's kind of weird i didn't hear from the empty tree stump on this site... so i need to know, does it respawn?

for those who don't know,it's located near the sewers entrance... J'ri-dar 16:21, 28 March 2010 (UTC)

No. --SerCenKing Talk 16:24, 28 March 2010 (UTC)

Skyrim symbol[edit]

Anybody else notice that the statue in front of Edgar's Discount Spells and Rindir's Staffs has a shield with the Skyrim symbol on it? --Julia 19:03, 14 July 2012 (UTC)

If you mean the dragon-like symbol that is actually the symbol of the Empire/Imperial Legion. RIM 19:16, 14 July 2012 (UTC)
It could be the Akaviri Banner - which predates the Skyrim symbol you mentioned. Though the too images are basically the same, there are minor differences. I'd say its more plausible that its Akaviri related, rather than Skyrim related. But anything i've said is conjecture. --kiz talkemail 19:20, 14 July 2012 (UTC)
I forgot about that one actually. In any case I think the Skyrim symbol is just to signify dragons/The Empire/Talos. RIM 19:23, 14 July 2012 (UTC)
