Gothren's title?[edit]

Why is Master Gothren's title given once as Ashkhan? He's no Ashlander, is he? It could be that the book was written at an early stage of the game, where not all the details of Dunmer had been worked out yet. -Meisterdieb 12:28, 28 December 2008 (EST)

Actually, it's given 4-5 times as ashkhan. If you look at the author's name, it appears that he's an ashlander too. It could be that the author used ashkhan to denote Master Gothren's position as archmagister of house Telvanni. It could also be ashkhan is a more generic term meaning master or head of something, such as a great house.—penguin0719 14:24, 28 December 2008 (EST)
