Necessary Page?[edit]

I don't think this page is necessary at all. First off, the (person) page has all of the information here but better. Secondly, I don't really see this as a quest but just another character to be confronted or avoided. And It's been a while for me, but isn't there an actual quest that involves Nels and a love interest? Something about a glove and jewels, or is that another wayward vagabond I'm thinking of?

Anyway, I propose that this page be deleted, Morrowind:Nels Llendo (person) to be renamed Morrowind:Nels Llendo and the related quests section of that page be removed, as all of the information of this non-quest can be found more in-depth on that page. — Unsigned comment by Mebestien (talkcontribs) at 19:00 on 10 March 2007‎

Well, I don't have an opinion on whether this page should exist or not, but the person you're thinking of is Nelos Onmar. Similar name and description, and both hang out in Pelagiad, so I can see where you'd make that mistake. --TheRealLurlock Talk 15:27, 10 March 2007 (EST)
Right. I didn't think it was the same person, but I couldn't remember. Thanks. Mebestien 10:39, 11 March 2007 (EDT)

Poverty Leads to Aggression[edit]

Hey guys, for your information, even if you haven't enough gold as a male character, he still attacks you. Someone go change or investigate that please. — Unsigned comment by 99.232.114.182 (talk) at 22:54 on 7 October 2007‎

What's weird is that if you refuse to pay, you get a "SetFight 100" and "StartCombat Player", which should definitely cause him to attack. If you're too poor, all you get is "SetFight 100", without the "StartCombat" command. I'm not sure if this makes any difference, though. One thing I did notice is that you can easily avoid having to do any of this simply by not asking him about "Proposition". Just say goodbye and leave, and he won't do anything to you. Since there's really no "reward" for this quest, that's probably the wisest thing to do. --TheRealLurlock Talk 10:25, 8 October 2007 (EDT)

Moved note[edit]

  • Interestingly, a banner containing a script for Nels Llendo can be found underneath the ground in front of the Halfway Tavern in Pelagiad. By looking directly at the ground at the plant in the gateway in front of the tavern, the label "Nels Llendo Scriptholder" will appear. This can be done on the XBox version as well.

Not sure if we should note this. If I remember correctly Bethesda commonly uses dummy cells and objects for advanced scripting. --AKB Talk Cont Mail 04:07, 20 March 2011 (UTC)

Not everybody knows that, and the fact that you can see the activator label through the ground is, at least, notably interesting, if not confusing. — Unsigned comment by Ryandom93 (talkcontribs) at 04:12 on 20 March 2011 (UTC)
I could see this being moved to Pelagiad's page as a bug, but I will at least argue about its notability here. --AKB Talk Cont Mail 04:12, 20 March 2011 (UTC)
Fine. --Ryandom93 04:21, 20 March 2011 (UTC)
It definitely doesn't belong on this page. I suppose a note on the Pelagiad page is a possibility, but I'm not convinced of its notability. rpeh •TCE 09:32, 20 March 2011 (UTC)
The issue is resolved. --Ryandom93 09:44, 20 March 2011 (UTC)
