Magicka Multiplier

"Magicka Multiplier, which is 0.5 by default"

The default Magicka Multiplier is 1, NOT 0.5

The game manual says that Magicka is "equal to half of your Intelligence." Another typo by the manual makers? --Zander490 16:46, 24 June 2010 (UTC)

Willpower affects cost?

Never edited this thing, but it seems pretty straightforward to me. None of my spells decreased in magicka cost as I leveled up, and just to test it, I just fortified myself up with 700 extra willpower, with no difference in cost. — Unsigned comment by 98.148.174.58 (talk)

I concur. It looks as though two sentences have got merged somewhere along the way. The casting cost of a spell is not affected by anything other than the magic effect used, magnitude, and duration. Your skill in the spell school and your willpower affect your success chance. I have attempted a rewrite of the article to this effect. --Gaebrial 09:11, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
