Surus Velvus

Surus Velvus is an Imperial smuggler hiding out in the Hall of Centrifuge in Arkngthand, an old Dwemer ruin located north of the Moonmoth Legion Fort in the Molag Amur Region of Vvardenfell. If you can manage to engage in conversation with Velvus, he will say, "Oh, dear. Another poor, unfortunate traveler, come to a bad end."

He wears a common shirt with matching pants, belt, and shoes. He carries a steel dagger along with 16 gold. Aside from his natural charm and ability to absorb fatigue from others, he knows no spells.
