Gurak gro-Bagrat

Gurak gro-Bagrat is an Orc smuggler and owner of the Gro-Bagrat Plantation, located just north of Vivec. Publicly he is a netch rancher and horticulturist, but it is widely known that he in fact smuggles skooma. However, because he is under Camonna Tong protection and has important "friends" in the Imperial Legion, no one dares to take any action against him.

He can be found in the basement of his house behind at least one locked door, for which there no key. Gurak wears a netch leather cuirass, boots, and both pauldrons, as well as Orcish greaves and bracers. Gurak wields an Orc warhammer and is carrying over 500 gold. Like all Orcs, he has a natural resistance to magicka, and can boost his health, fatigue and attack for short periods, at the cost of agility; otherwise he knows no spells.

The Imperial Cult apothecary Synnolian Tunifus shamefully admits that he tends to steal willow anther from Gurak's plantation. He considers the act somewhat justifiable because Gurak is a criminal and the stolen flowers are used for a good cause. As one of the Lay Healer quests for the Imperial Cult, Synnolian will ask you to bring him five units of willow anther for making Cure Paralyzation potions, suggesting that you "borrow" some from the plantation.

Gurak does not take kindly to uninvited visitors. Synnolian will warn you that he is a dangerous criminal and ask you to refrain from entering his house and never attempt to speak with him. This holds true, as he is hostile and will attack you on sight.
