Drums are a miscellaneous item. At least one drum is needed to 'Play the drum' in the "Entertainers" official plugin.
If you're carrying a drum or a guarskin drum, any NPC anywhere can say:
- little secret
- "Oh. Do you play the drum? You might talk to Dulnea Ralaal in Balmora, at the Eight Plates Cornerclub. I hear she hires performers to entertain her patrons."
