Danso Indules

Danso Indules is a Dark Elf healer who can be found outside the High Fane in Vivec. She sells potions and spells to any who needs them, and is also the person to look for to arrange a meeting with the Archcanon. She will even let you in on a little secret about how to get into Saryoni's quarters without causing trouble with the Ordinators, of whom she seems to have no love. Of particular note is the fact that she sells Levitation potions, which can be donated to the shrine nearby in order to get a full day's worth of Levitation, allowing you to travel almost anywhere in Vvardenfell without touching the ground.

Danso wears an expensive robe and shoes and carries 50 gold. Aside from her natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by her ancestors, she knows a selection of spells from the schools of Restoration and Mysticism. Specifically, these are the same spells that she has available to sell.
