Bjadmund

Bjadmund is a Nord battlemage and the leader of a cult that operates out of the Ihinipalit shrine to Sheogorath beneath the St. Delyn Canton in Vivec. The Tribunal Temple wants the shrine cleansed of Bjadmund and his fellow cultists.

He wears a Nordic iron cuirass along with steel greaves and boots. He wields a Nordic battle axe. Aside from his natural resistance to shock, immunity to frost, ability to shield himself, and a natural frost damage spell, he knows the spells Enervate, Vivec's Wrath, Ghost Curse, Daedric Bite, Dispel, Blood Despair, Dire Weakness to Shock, Dire Weakness to Poison, Dire Weakness to Magicka, Dire Weakness to Frost, Dire Weakness to Fire, Deadly Poison, Sleep, Summon Greater Bonewalker, Great Levitate, Fire Shield, Great Feather, and Burden of Sin.
