Underking[edit]

Underking shouldn't be a redirect to here, as Zurin Arctus is not the only individual with the title of underking. His inclusion was almost an accident, his nature an exception. — Unsigned comment by Temple-Zero (talkcontribs) at 04:03 on 28 July 2008 (GMT)

He may not be the only one, but he seems to be the only one whose name has ever been given, based just on a quick search of the term on the site. At any rate, if it doesn't redirect here, where would you suggest that it should point, since this is the only Underking we really know anything about? (Not to mention the one most likely to be searched for by visitors to the site, given his prominent role in Daggerfall.) --TheRealLurlock Talk 00:29, 28 July 2008 (EDT)
I agree that the Underking probably needs his own article, separate from Zurin Arctus -- an entire paragraph of Zurin Arctus' article describing an alternative identity for the Underking is really out of place, as are several of the Rumors on that page. However, I ran out of steam at that point in my reorganization earlier today, not to mention that any such article would probably require some new content that I'm unable to write. --NepheleTalk 00:39, 28 July 2008 (EDT)
If you redirect Underking to a stub which then links to Zurin Arctus and to Wulfharth and Ysmir, I'll try writing one out. And Lurlock, I'm tempted to make a very sarcastic comment about the results of your uesp search. Temple-Zero 11:18, 28 July 2008 (EDT)
Thanks (I think) for semi-restraining your sarcasm ;) I've turned Underking into a stub for you to modify however you like. I'll try to make other tweaks elsewhere as needed. --NepheleTalk 12:17, 28 July 2008 (EDT)

redundant[edit]

that linking sentence is written twice and I can't figure out how to edit the byzantine thing Temple-Zero 21:13, 29 July 2008 (EDT)

Good point. It's been fixed. And, yes, these types of wiki details are obscure and take a while to figure out. So feel free to just ask when something is too byzantine. --NepheleTalk 22:24, 29 July 2008 (EDT)
