The Furnace Depths: Collapsing Tunnel[edit]

The Collapsing Tunnel is the starting location in The Furnace Depths. When you select the battle, you'll be informed that "When a rune is broken, a boulder falls to deal 3 damage to a random target. Time is running out!"

As you begin, you'll be instructed to "Make your escape quickly, before the entire chamber collapses. But watch for falling boulders!"

When you complete the match for the first time, you'll receive a playset of Verminous Fabricant.

Dialogue[edit]

Pre-match:
Kellen: "The hero tumbled through the darkness. When they awoke, they were alone in the depths of the city — in a chamber that was fast collapsing."
Post-match:
Kellen: "The hero had reached stable ground — for now. But from all around they could hear the rumbling of the city being reshaped by Mecinar. And they feared for their friends…"
