Bugs[edit]

I was told by a mad man to seek out this book and I already possess it. Also I collected them all and now I can't drop them is this normal? 69.171.187.79 12:05, 25 June 2013 (GMT)

Yes, that's normal. The mad man is bugged, and the books aren't meant to be dropped. —Legoless (talk) 21:51, 25 June 2013 (GMT)

Seekers in Chapter VII[edit]

The two Seekers in Chapter VII not only will not cross the little gap in the bridge, they will never even approach it. It is a perfect spot for training both Archery and Stealth, as they will never detect the player, even if they get riddled with arrows. In addition, they regenerate health rather quickly, so with a little patience it is possible to raise two skills quite easily.

Chapter II[edit]

In Chapter II, if you have a Conjuration level of 40, you will find a copy of the spell book Conjure: Seeker on the altar with the two soul gems. (Even if you have it already.) As a side note, the Shout 'Whirlwind Sprint' comes in really handy when attempting to time the bridge jumps. Emma of Falkreath (talk) 04:06, 25 June 2018 (UTC)

Chapter III/IV section[edit]

The writing of this section is absolutely dreadful. The purpose is to help a player navigate the maze but it is much easier for any player to work it out for themselves rather than reading this gobbledy-gook. It is a feature of the bad writing in uesp guides that sentences often refer to an object ('it', 'this', 'the gate', etc) that is from several unspecified sentences earlier. It is very poor writing and would be easily fixed by using a more direct and natural style. — Unsigned comment by 86.40.152.126 (talk) at 21:00 on 21 October 2021 (UTC)

  • In response to OP: People volunteer their time writing these pages and it falls on others to volunteer their time editing them. It would be more constructive if you could identify what specifically it was about chapter III/IV that you found difficult to follow so that someone reading your comment could help clarify it. Calling something "gobbledy-gook" is not constructive criticism. Please sign your post as indicated in the header of the page next time. -- Arcanearcher (talk) 14:55, 28 March 2022 (UTC)
